Some of the awards won by businesses within CGL that attest to our quality service delivery include:

- In 2010, CGL was awarded a Canberra Business Council Success Award;
- In 2009, CGL topped its 2008 BRW Fast 100 accolade by being placed as Australia’s third fastest growing company with a growth rate of 247%.
- In 2008, CGL was announced by the BRW as Australia’s ninth fastest growing company – a real achievement and the highest place received by an ACT-based company in that year. (The group’s revenue for 2007-2008 was $38.65 million, which represented a three-year averaged grow rate of 146%.)

- In 2010, ABA was also nominated in the AFTA National Travel Industry Association awards for the Best Registered Travel Industry Training Institution. This is a prestigious award as nominations are made by industry, which reflects the high quality of ABA graduates in this sector.
- In 2009, ABA became one of the first higher education providers registered and approved to offer VET FEE-HELP. (VET FEE-HELP is part of the Higher Education Loan Program allowing students to borrow their tuition fees and then repay later. This removes one of the most significant hurdles for young Australians who are keen to improve their job prospects through up-skilling.)
- In 2008, ABA was again awarded ACT Small RTO of the Year for its academic excellence for the third time running. It has also been a finalist on five other occasions (2006, 2005, 2004, 2002 and 2000).
- In 2003, ABA again won ACT Small RTO of the Year for its academic excellence.
- In 2001, our registered training organisation ABA was awarded ACT Small RTO of the Year for its academic excellence.

- In 2008, JBS provided lead authors to write the inaugural Security Risk Management Body of Knowledge (SRMBOK). SRMBOK provides a framework for better practice in addressing and treating security risks. SRMBOK was so successful in Australia that John Wileys & Sons underwrote its publication and release globally in August 2009).
- In 2008, local management consulting company JBS also won a Canberra Business Council Business Success Series award.

- In 2006, Frontier was the only ACT finalist in the NSW Government Champions of Champions awards.
- In 2005-06, Frontier won a Canberra Business Council Business Success Series award.
- In 2003 and 2004, Frontier was a finalist in the Panasonic Australia Business Award category of the Telstra and ACT Government Small Business Awards.
- In 2003, Frontier was nominated as a finalist in the Australian HR Awards. It also achieved a ranking of 20th in Business Review Weekly's (BRW) list of Australia's Fastest 100 growing companies. Frontier was the only Canberra company to make the list in this year.

- In 2008, ServicePoint developed a dedicated IP-based video conferencing network that enables organisations to achieve high definition video conferencing and visual communications across geographically dispersed offices. This dedicated network saves organisations (and the environment) through lower travel costs and reduced carbon emissions, and allows us to interview and recruit people from different jurisdictions.
